SUPERSCOPE ELECTRET CONDENSER MICROPHONE EC-1 Tested, Works Great! A. very nice little mic. Actually sounds very good! Uses one AA battery, not included. Be sure to put it in correctly: the negative end faces the spring. Has a slide switch on the body for starting your cassette recorder (remember them?) Body measures 7.5". Element is 5/8" Lots of uses: change out the mini plug for a 1/4" and do some recording. But don't put an XLR on it; the phantom power will toast it. Thanks, have a great day and respect the past.
